The mark consists of a circle. Within the circle is a semi-circle that is similar to the letter "C". Within the "C" are the words "COURAGE" and "CONFIDENCE" with another smaller semi-circle that looks like a backwards "C" and a designed lightning bolt in the center of the backwards "C".
