Description of Mark
The mark consists of a blue stylized underwater camera platform comprising a vertically-orientated rectangle having rounded top corners and sharp 90° angled bottom corners. A horizontal line cuts said vertically-orientated rectangle into a larger upper section and a smaller lower section that is approximately half the area of said top section. A solid, vertically-orientated rectangle is situated in the center of the interior of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle about a third of the way down from the top line of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle to the horizontal line that cuts the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. An upside-down right triangle of the same width of the interior, solid, vertically-orientated rectangle is situated directly, below the horizontal line in the center of the lower section of the interior of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle and immediately below the interior, solid, vertically-orientated rectangle. The hypotenuse of the upside-down orientated right triangle is directed towards the lower right corner of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. A line extends upward from the center of the top edge of the interior, solid, vertically-orientated interior rectangle crossing the top line of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle ending slightly above said top edge. A small circle is found at the terminus of said upwardly extending line. Outside and to the left of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle at the left terminus of the horizontal line that splits the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle into two sections, is a small, vertically-orientated, solid rectangle. Immediately, above the upper right corner of said exterior, small, vertically-orientated, solid rectangle is a much smaller solid right triangle with its hypotenuse facing away from the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. A half-circle is located in the interior, upper right corner of the lower section of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. The curved portion of said half-circle faces into the interior of the lower section of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. On the interior, right side of the upper section of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle, is located a straight line that is parallel to said right side. The parallel interior line is shorter than the length of the right side of the right side of the upper section of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle, almost abuts said right side and has two short, horizontal, parallel lines located at the end of said interior, vertical line that is closest to the line that intersects the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. Two, relatively short lines extend outward from the lower corners of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. Immediately, beneath said short lines, are two even shorter, horizontal lines that also extend from the lower corners of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle forming a solid, downward facing, L-shaped structure with the longer lines that extend from the lower corners of the outer, vertically-orientated rectangle. The color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark.
