The mark consists of a thin large circle inside of which at the top is the word "Sucker" in stylized curved text. Beneath the word "Sucker" is a splash of liquid. This splash also fills behind some of the lettering of the word "Sucker". Inside the middle of this splash is another smaller circle. Inside this shaded area is an anthropomorphized lemon head with one normal eye and one bruised eye. The lemon head has a smile with teeth missing on the top and on the bottom. A bit of tongue is showing to the right of the mouth. A thin, dark arm is extended in a wave with a glove on the hand. At the bottom of the first larger circle and outside the second smaller circle and on top of more splash is the word "Punch" in the same blurry curved stylized text as the work "Sucker". Outside of and at the bottom of the entire logo in stylized blurry text in straight across font is the word "Lemonade" in a light shade. Below the word "Lemonade" are the words "Shake-Ups" in the same blurry stylized font but with darker shading. Inside the larger circle are several areas of light shade splashes. Outside the circle to the left is one small light shade splash. The gray background in the drawing represents transparent areas and is not a feature of the mark.
