The mark consists of a grey and white star outlined in grey with five points to which pentagonal military medals outlined in grey are attached. At each point of the star is a grey single line circle shaded white, attached to three grey single line squares shaded white in a row bordering the top edge of each medal. In clock-wise order, the top medal is green, the next medal is blue, the third medal is striped diagonally in red, white and blue, the fourth is red and the fifth medal is blue. The aforementioned design is enclosed in the center of a single line yellow circle. The blue stylized wording "VET LIFE" and "OPERATION NOT FORGOTTEN" with a blue dot at either end of these two phrases to separate them runs around the aforementioned innermost circle and the entire mark is enclosed in another single line yellow circle. The white located behind and around the design, wording, and circles represents background, shading, and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
