Providing temporary use of online non-downloadable software for teachers and students, which: allows teachers to post offers to provide instruction services, receive proposals from people seeking instruction services, negotiate and agree on terms of instruction services, schedule physical and/or virtual instruction, communicate with students using online messaging and/or video chat, and review and rate the instruction experience; allows students to search and discover offers to provide instruction services, submit proposals for instruction services to teachers, negotiate and agree on terms of instruction services, schedule physical and/or virtual instruction, communicate with teachers using online messaging and/or video chat, and review and rate the instruction experience; allows teachers and students to review and rate each other, and to view reviews and ratings for purposes of deciding whether to enter into an engagement for instruction services; processes financial charges related to instruction services, namely, charging students for instruction services, and disbursing payments net of fees and expenses to teachers; and, displays real-time and historical prices for offers to provide instruction, and aggregate prices for categories of instruction
