The mark consists of a circular disc with an unbounded center segment with a large green word "VAULT" extending horizontally across; an upper arc segment segment, bounded by a red external arc and with line segments below extending inward from both sides but truncated before extending above the "U" in "VAULT", the line segments being connected by a converse arc of increasingly wide bars from left to right, and with with a convex green word "The" in the top interior of the arc; and a lower arc segment being a mirror image of the upper segment but lacking any wording; with a white background within the disc.
