The mark consists of a black polygon with white interior border, containing an interior polygon in which he two third is red and bottom two-thirds are black. Within the polygon is a stylized capitol building in black, red, and white. Overlaying the base of the capitol building is a frontal view of the apex of a Gable roof in white and black. Between the apex of a Gable roof and the interior white border of the polygon is the wording "FJA" in white. Above the base of the building are a series of columns, windows, pilasters, exedra, and exterior lights in white, black, and red. The top of the building consists of a balustrade enclosing a dome and exterior lights in black, red, and white. A cupola in black, red, and white sits atop the dome with a flagpole and stylized American flag in red and white on top of the cupola. Three white stars appear around the cupola and stylized American flag, one white star to the right and two white stars to the left. Overlaying the center of the polygon is a black horizontal banner, angled upward from left to right, with gray shadowing. On the black horizontal banner is the stylized wording "MASTERS OF JUSTICE" in white, aligned with the black horizontal banner and the word "MASTERS" being larger and appearing directly above the smaller "OF JUSTICE".
