There is piercing jewelry on the tongue comprised of a bar, a small bottom ball and a large top ball that has a smiley face design on it. On the left side and right side of the mouth is a leather mouth strap, each with a button and a ring at each end of the strap. Protruding through the bottom of the lower lip is a ball piercing jewelry.
