The mark consists of a large stylized letter "T", where there are five symbols on the inside of the "T". There are three symbols stretching horizontally across the top bar of the letter "T", where the leftmost symbol is a circle containing a central branch with three floral designs emanating from the branch, where the center symbol is a circle containing three stylized flowers, and where the rightmost symbol is composed of four overlapping lines that create a square. Below the center symbol and extending downwards in the letter "T" is another circle containing a stylized flower, and below that is another circle containing another stylized flower. To the right of the letter "T" is the stylized wording "EAM", and to the right of the letter "T" and below "EAM" is the stylized wording "OKUGAWA".
