The mark consists of a stylized design of a shield with a bordered exterior border element and a bordered interior border element. The exterior element itself contains an exterior border as well as twelve circular designs elements which represents rivets, with five circular design elements situated within the upper horizontal elements of the exterior border element. Three circular designs are situated within the left and right vertical elements of the exterior border design, and one circular design is situated at the apex formed at the bottom of the shield design where the two side elements come to a point. Each of these twelve circular designs includes a design of a cross. The interior of the shield design includes two concentric circles with a border element between them. The border element also surrounds a series of six interlocking curved triangular geometric elements at the center of the interior circle. The interior triangular geometric elements, the outer circular border design within the center of the shield design and the top right half of the vertical border elements of the shield design and the exterior of the outer border design are dark red. The left side of the interior of the horizontal outer border element, the left vertical section of the interior border element, the twelve circular designs within the border element, the linear border elements separating the outer circle from the interior elements and separating the six interlocking triangular geometric designs and the upper left of the interior of the shield design are white. The remaining interior background of the shield design is red and dark red. The cross elements within the interior of the circular rivet designs are red.
