The mark consists of the literal elements "MY", "RICHFORD", "M", "R", and "F" arranged such that "MY" is at the top of the design, "RICHFORD" is in the center and "M", "R", and "F" are arranged into a collection at the bottom of the mark. The "M", "R", and "F" are arranged at the bottom of the mark such that the bottom right portion of the "R" connects with the horizontal line in the middle of the "F" and the "M" is just above the "F" and to the right of the top of the "R". Furthermore, the "R" at the bottom of the design has a stylized design similar to the bottom portion of a treble clef symbol with a leaf design at the top of the line that makes the left side of the "R". There is also a space between "MY", "RICHFORD" and the collection of letters "M", "R", and "F". There are also five small dots on either side of "MY" to the left and right, that each arch down on either side of "MY" to connect to the "I" in "RICHFORD" on the left of "MY" and the second "R" in "RICHFORD" on the right side of "MY". There are five small dots that connect the same "I" and second "R" in "RICHFORD" from the bottom of "RICHFORD" to the collection of "M", "R", and "F" at the bottom of the mark. Each series of dots also arching in such a way that all of the dots are collectively arranged in the shape of a circle. Finally, the bottom right side of the "H" in "RICHFORD" has a stylized tail that curls back under the "C" in "RICHFORD" on the left and the "F" in "RICHFORD" on the right.
