The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress depicting the interior and layout of a retail store. The interior of the store features a floating gypsum ceiling with a knife-edge end detail, curved corners and inset down lights, half-moon shelving with curved edges in metallic finishing, multi-tiered display case with drawers in metallic finish and colored glass. The interior walls are curved through the space and covered in a plaster finish that is embossed with a repeating flower pattern composed of four spade shapes. The fixtures appear in dotted lines and are not claimed as individual features of the mark; however, the placement of the various items are considered to be part of the overall mark.
