The mark consists of The Nülight logo is a flat image of a lantern that includes a padded handle with a single flat flame cut out that is centered on the lantern. The lantern has enlargening "light rays" that expand as they radiate from the center. The "light rays" are textured with a halftone or dotted pattern where the dots start on the edge of the lantern and decrease in size as they disperse further from the lantern. The logotype is placed underneath the lantern design and light ray design, in a bold san serif font with curved corners spelled Nulight with a Capital N. The descender of the lower case G curves down and left all the way to the beginning of the left side of the capital N in Nulight. The "h" and "t" are aligned to the bottom most part of the letter "g" The logomark and logotype are both enclosed within a solid background shape that traces the overall shape of the elements. The shape can be described as a rectangle with a curved top. The two dots above the letter "u" in Nulight are used with an artistic license; they are placed there as a stylistic choice.
