The mark consists of a circle that is broken in the middle, the top half transitioning from light green on the left to green on the right, the bottom half transitioning from green on the left to light green on the right. The circle is split in the center by four gold lines. Above the top two gold lines is the stylized blue wording "ALLIANCE", above which is a stylized design of five sprouts, two of which are purely green, two of which are green and yellow, and one of which is blue, green, and yellow, all emerging from brown soil. Below the top two gold lines is the stylized wording "EMERGE" which transitions from light green at the top of the letters to green at the bottom and is outlined in blue, with the second "E" backwards. Between the backwards "E" and "R" is a stylized white leaf design outlined in blue. Below the wording "EMERGE" are the two other gold lines, below which is a stylized design of a white root system and the stylized white wording "THE ROOTS OF SUCCESS". The root system and wording are on a blue background filling the interior of the bottom portion of the circle.
