The mark consists of six interlocking, green blades of grass on a white background; the blades of grass extend upward from the inside, bottom of a green ring which completely encircles the blades of grass; encircling the green ring is an olive branch wreath comprised of two, unconnected olive branches which arch around the left and right sides of the green ring; at the bottom of the mark are the words "DYNASTY" and "BERMUDAGRASS", both in blue, uppercase letters; the word "DYNASTY" extends the width of the mark and the word "BERMUDAGRASS" is centered below it in smaller sized lettering. The remaining white in the mark indicates transparency and forms no part of the mark.
