The mark consists of a depiction of two round germs slightly overlapping each other, each with spikes. The left germ is smaller than the right germ. Both germs contain big round eyes that are looking at each other respectively while smiling. The right germ has an inverted 'Y' shaped antibody attached to the top right side. The mark also depicts a heart situated behind the germs so that only half of the heart is seen on top on the germs. Each germ has two inverted raindrop like marks to the top left and right respectively for the left and right germs. The mark consists of the words "Cootie Couples".
