The mark consists of the phrase "CARE YOU CAN TRUST" in lower case letters and blue color font on the top left corner spatially which is curved stylistically, immediately to the right is a heart shape with the left half of the heart outlined in blue while the right half of the heart outlined in red, there is one black dot hovering over the left blue half of the heart and one black dot hovering over the right red half of the heart, there is one black dot underneath the blue outline of half the heart, there is a light blue curved line going down the center of the heart creating the appearance of a smaller heart within the bigger heart, immediately to the right of the heart are the words "SOUTHERN PRIMARY CARE" with the word "SOUTHERN" in blue color on top of the words "PRIMARY CARE" in white color and highlighted in red. Other than the instances aforementioned, the color white represents background, outlining, shading, and/or transparent, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
