The mark consists of a shield design featuring leaf scroll designs along the bottom, left and right sides of the shield and a helmet and crown design at the top of the shield all in light gold and dark gold, and outlined and detailed in black. The interior of the shield design is divided into four main sections with a fifth section appearing at its center in an oval shape and each section appearing with a black border. The body of the shield consists of a gold border which is further outlined in black with black detail lines throughout the gold border. Two of the sections appearing at the top left and bottom right of the shield each feature a blue background with a lion in gold standing on its hind legs with a half-arch design in red and outlined and detailed in black intersecting with the front legs of the lion. Two of the sections appearing at the top right and bottom left of the shield are divided into three subsections each, with each subsection outlined in black, and with the top subsections each featuring a fleur-de-lis in gold and outlined and detailed in black appearing over a white background with blue stippling. Beneath the fleur-de-lis designs, in the second subsections, appear three gold stars in horizontal lines, which appear over a dark blue rectangular background. Beneath the stars, in the third subsections, appear two crossed lion's paws in gold and outlined and detailed in black appearing over a red background. Within the oval at the center of the shield design appears a rooster in gold and outlined and detailed in black above a gate design in white and outlined and detailed in black appearing over a white background with blue stippling on the portion above the gate design. Beneath the shield design appears the wording "MARCHESI MANGILLI DI SAN GALLO DI MOGGIO" in black script font. The entire design is featured on a white, beige and grey rectangular background with black stippling.
