The mark consists of an outer space scene composed of a mosaic of wine-colored, dark purple, light purple, mauve, brown and white colored triangles resembling stained glass; at the top of the scene are white triangles representing stars and other white triangles forming four-point stars; at the left center are two white observatories formed by white triangles; near the upper right of the mark is a rising moon composed of white, light purple, and dark purple triangles; evenly spaced across the bottom of the scene are three sets of concentric circles, brown on the top, dark purple on the bottom, with the three circles broken by a white diamond at the three- and nine-o'clock positions and four white dots evenly spaced around the center circle, each set of circles containing white triangles and the word "VITRAL" centered over the word "ART" with both words in uppercase white lettering. The black background does not form part of the mark.
