Directly below the words EMPOWER and SHRM is the word FOUNDATION, with only the initial letter "F" being capitalized, the first "O" in the word "FOUNDATION" being divided into three equal segments in different shades, and the whole word positioned such that the letter "F" in FOUNDATION appears directly below the letter "W" in EMPOWER and the letter "n" in FOUNDATION appears directly below the letter "M" in SHRM. The smallest half-rainbow shape is a different shade from the largest and positioned to the left of the mid-sized half-rainbow and slightly to the right of the leftmost edge of the largest half-rainbow. The midsize half-rainbow is of a lighter shade than the other two half-rainbow shapes, and is positioned to the left of the smallest half-rainbow and ends slightly before the bottom most edge of the largest half-rainbow. The innermost edge of the mid-sized half-rainbow overlaps the outermost edge of the largest half-rainbow to create a darker shade than any of the half-rainbow shapes alone.
