The mark consists of of the word "EMBRELLA" in lower case in which the letters "EM" are in red and the letters "BRELLA" are in black above the words "EMBRACING & EMPOWERING FAMILIES" in which the words are in black and the ampersand is red and stylized so that the top half is in the shape of a heart. All of the wording appears to the right of a circular logo in which the top two thirds is comprised of a taller and a shorter otter each with dark blue fur, dark blue noses, and dark blue mouths and white fronts, white whiskers, and white eyes. The taller otter has a stylized red two piece heart on its front. All the above design is in front of a light blue background, and in which the lower third of the circular logo is a three-panel dark blue area outlined in white in the shape of an upside down umbrella without a visible handle but below which is a dark blue mark in the shape of an umbrella point. All other instances of white appearing in the mark are not claimed as part of the mark.
