The mark consists of two-dimensional trade dress applied to the front panel of product packaging. There is a first blue band at the top of the packaging that gradually fades to white moving downwardly. On the right side of the first blue band, there is a first design feature of a semicircle composed of different sized white dots with lighter blue lines extending out of the semicircle. Beneath the first blue band is a first gold band that is thinner than the first blue band. Directly beneath the first gold band is a second blue band that is thicker than the first gold band. Directly beneath the second blue band is a second gold band that is about the same thickness as the first gold band. To the left of the second gold band is a gold circular feature having a white outline and a scalloped black outer edge circumscribing a smaller circle outlined in black at the center. Directly beneath the second gold band is a third blue band extending to the bottom of the packaging and fading to white moving to the upper right corner. On the right side of the third blue band is a second design feature composed of the first design feature rotated 90 degrees clockwise. Superimposed over the second design feature is a third design feature composed of blue and gold arrows together forming a circle around "7h" in stylized blue font over a white background and having gray markings around the inner circumference of the circle emulating hour markers on a clock. There is a blue tablet with the imprinted letters "REM" positioned over the bottom portion of the gold arrow. The second and third blue bands merge together to the left of the gold circular feature. The black dashed lines indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
