The mark consists of stylized "A" superimposed atop a stylized "S", the "A" having an arcuate left leg bowing outwardly and a straight vertically extending right leg which bisects the stylized "S" which is comprised of a doubly scrolled upper arm having a starting point that abuts the mid-portion of the right leg of the "A" and a lower arm with a tail whose arc parallels that of the left leg of the "A"; the "S" sits atop a horizontal baseline which extends above the words "ALTERED STATE", the bottom of the right leg of the "A" extending between the "D" of "ALTERED" and the "S" of 'State'; "ALTERED STATE" is underlined and "DISTILLERY" written there beneath in a smaller, different font, all the letters and baseline being pixilated to simulate aging.
