The mark consists of a design consisting of the words "FIESTA MEX" outlined in white with each letter in a different color in the colors purple, pink, red, orange, green, blue, and lime green. The wording is superimposed onto a piñata which is superimposed onto a blue, green, and two white outlines of circles. The piñata is outlined in white and in the colors yellow and orange with a red top, red triangles, white inner circle outline, green, lime green, and red horizontal bands and yellow vertical dashes on the lime green bands. The ends of the piñata have tassels in the colors green, blue, pink, purple, and red. At the top of the design is a noisemaker and three pieces of candy sticking out from behind the circles. Two pieces on the left are in the colors yellow and pink with pink and red strips. The larger piece of candy has a red and white fan top and the rounded piece of candy has a blue and white center. The two pieces on the right are striped in the colors red and pink with white. Sitting below the circles and piñata design are two horizontal black strings of flags stacked on top of one another. The top row of flags is in green, yellow, blue, orange, and purple. The bottom row of flags is in orange, green, yellow, pink, and blue. The white appearing in the background and not otherwise specified above represents background areas only and is not a feature of the mark.
