The mark consists of a rectangular-like shape with two concave sides, a concave bottom side, and three rounded protrusions on the top side, with the largest protrusion containing a bearded skeletal head in the design of a Mexican calaca including two flower-like ornamental designs as eyes, a spade-like shape as a nose, and several other ornamental scroll, floral, plant and geometric designs, with two curvatures on the sides of the skeletal head, two skeletal hands in the smaller protrusions to the left and right of the skeletal head, an oval shape underlaying each skeletal hand, the words "MEXICAN STEAKS/SEAFOOD" in capital letters underneath the skeletal head and hands, the word "JIMMY'S" in capital letters and larger font beneath the words "MEXICAN STEAKS/SEAFOOD" and across the entire rectangular-like shape, and the words "TEQUILA & CARNES", in capital letters inside, and along the bottom concave side of the rectangular-like shape.
