The mark consists of rectangle background of dark purple color. Within the upper third of said purple color background rectangle is a left-to-right line of white color letters and numbers forming the alphanumeric "MEMORY411". On the lower third of the purple background rectangle is a white color silhouette comprising the white color shape of a human head in profile, nose directed to the right. Five white rectangles are present and radially arranged in regard to the said head silhouette. The five white rectangles are located each on the purple background next to the white color head silhouette, and located exterior to and adjacent to said head silhouette's skull aspect.
