Providing legal information about model laws and regulations for laws or regulations that may affect the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; providing pro bono legal services, namely, providing customized information, counseling, advice and litigation services for clients, and preparation of amicus briefs related to constitutional or statutory provisions supporting the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; legal consultation and assistance relating to first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; providing legal research relating to first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition; and providing expert legal commentary, legal analyses and other legal information to federal and state government agencies and legislatures that regulate activities protected by the first amendment and other constitutional or statutory provisions supporting the rights to speech, press, assembly and petition
