The mark consists of a rectangle divided into four smaller equal-sized rectangles appearing in the colors green, blue, yellow and red respectively. There appears a white border around the mark and white spacing between each of the rectangles. Superimposed upon the left of the rectangle appears an orange colored oval outlined in blue containing a large letter "U" appearing in the color white. The term "SHO" appears in white within a smaller green rectangle superimposed upon the blue portion of the large rectangle. At the center of the rectangular design there appears a highly stylized design of a person with a blue face, tan hands white eyes and black glasses, hair, and shirt pointing to and holding a blue rectangle upon which appears the word "OFF" in the color white. To the left of the word "OFF" there appears a gray off-set oval displaying two gray and black tragedy masks, one frowning and one smiling. At the bottom of the rectangle design appears the wording "THE GAME WHERE YOU ARE THE STAR" in the color gray.
