The mark consists of an American flag where the top left quarter corner is square and blue, in that square are 51 stars that are white, and the rest of the flag is red and white stripes with a rip down the middle with black threading sowing up the rip, with a space in the middle at the top that has not been sowed yet, the "RE" is upper case red and just above and slightly to the left of the "united" which is black with a capital "U" and located in the middle and above the flag, right next to "united" is the word "states" which is black with a capital "S", under the flag is the word "of" which is black and next to that is the word "America" which is black with a capital "A". The white in the background (except for the white stripes and white stars in the mark) is not claimed as a feature of the mark but merely represents background.
