Research and creation of theories creating new models to create data on variables of drowning, the execution of those models obtaining new data, analysis and standardization of existing data in both public resources and private resources of such data, Interpretation of data using existing psychological models to create new models and/or to explain the data, The creation of public policy and the creation of public service announcements, the analysis of public entities, private entities and governmental entities safety campaigns and advice policies, the creation of theories explaining how drownings occur and how to prevent drownings, doing third party analysis of products that exist or may come to exist for recreation and/or for safety using scientific rigor testing their effects on safety, analysis of training programs that exist or may come to exist that train for recreation and/or for safety purposes as to their effect on safety, all towards research on issues of water safety and providing water safety advice
