The mark consists of the literal elements of the words "GET BURLY" in all caps in black, with "www.getburly.com" displayed in black just beneath those words, on top of which is a tableau of jagged peaked mountains in black with the presence of what appears to be snow in gray shading various areas of the mountains, and a stream or river, blue in color, meandering through the approximate middle of the mountain scene. Standing atop a few of the most prominent peaks are two human figures in black - one male and one female - with the front sides of their physiques conspicuously displayed, the male wearing athletic shorts and no shirt revealing a sculpted torso, and the female wearing a sports top with athletic shorts exposing her trim midriff. Their arms are stretched above their heads at an approximate forty-five (45) degree angle, fingers both partially apart and together to form a pose. Set against the entire view is a sun that is indistinguishably rising or setting, displayed, in yellow at the top and changing into orange toward the bottom and with the fingers of both the male and female human figures extending just beyond the arc of the sun on both sides.
