The mark consists of the wording IRIDESCENT with the "I" the color green and then transitioning to yellow, then orange, then red, to the letter "T", which is magenta; to the right of the wording is a design of four teardrop shapes, all tapering to the same point; the first teardrop is blue which overlays the green tear drop; the second teardrop is green which is underlays the blue teardrop and underlays the next yellow tear drop; the third teardrop is yellow which overlays the green teardrop and in front of the fourth red teardrop; there is an orange blended overlapping section of the tear drops between the yellow and red tear drop; the fourth tear drop is red in color and blends with the orange tear drop.
