The mark consists of a stylized circle comprised of banners where the top banner is blue with white spots and outlined in tan and contains the white word "BATTLE" and the bottom banner is blue with white spots and is outlined in tan and contains the white word "ARCHIVES" and the left and right banners have tan outlines and a blue white spotted star in the center with four smaller blue stars on each side between two red lines and in the center of the circular design is a stylized crest or shield that has a blue top with white spots and a white star in the center and white and red stripes beneath with the stylized blue and white spotted letters "BA" in the center of the stripes and where the crest is outlined in tan and where two stylized swords are positioned behind the crest in a crisscross manner where the grips on the swords are tan and the remainder is blue; aside from the color white claimed in the foregoing, the color white merely represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
