The mark consists of a two-dimensional configuration of product packaging of a vertical rectangular box with two indented edges in the top corners of the rectangle. The top portion of the rectangle is black and contains the outline of a hanging element in dotted-lines at its center, and curved bottom edges which merges with the upper middle portion of the packaging. The upper middle portion of the rectangle consists of a white rectangular background with rounded edges of the top two corners. Below the middle white section, and the remainder of the rectangle consists of a swirl design made up of the colors teal, black, blue and white. In the center of the swirl is a three-dimensional depiction of a white rectangular square mint with a blue imprinted "L" and blue speckles on the top of the mint. The mint is radiating white rays. At the bottom of the rectangle, and at the forefront of the swirl, is the wording "CHEW" "SWISH" "SWALLOW" in white each separated by a horizontal white triangle. The bottom two corners of the rectangle protrude slightly outward to form a corner using three lines. The broken lines depicting a cutout used for hanging the goods and edges of the box indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
