The mark consists of a stylized three-dimensional cartoon penguin with a white chest, blue coat, blue flippers and red bow tie. The penguin has a round head with a white face, a yellow beak, round white eyes outlined in black with blue eyelids, black eyebrows and blue hair. The penguin has three yellow claws on each foot. The penguin is standing upright and tilted left at an angle of 35 degrees while positioned on the flat face of a hemisphere-shaped base which appears to be flying above a white floor on which the black shadow of the penguin-figure is cast. The penguin is drawn to appear in spinning motion by several horizontal blue and white arcs encircling the penguin figure. The penguin is also drawn to appear to wobble forward and backward on the curved part of the hemisphere-shaped base by several light blue and white faint partial outlines of the penguin-figure tilted to the right and to the left of the penguin figure. The white color as described herein is part of the mark, while the white color otherwise in the drawing represents background and is not part of the mark.
