The mark consists of a circle composed of a bold black outline, inside the top of the circle and following the contour of the circle is the word "SUGARTREE" in black and inside the bottom of the circle is the word "FARM" in black. A thin black line arcs inside the bold black line from shortly before the "S" in "SUGARTREE" toward the left middle of the circle and ends shortly before a bold black bullet point. Another thin black line arcs from just after the aforementioned bullet point to just before the "F" in FARM. Another thin black line begins just after the "M" in FARM and follows the contour of the circle, arcing to just before another bold black bullet point on the right side of the interior of the circle. A final thin black line begins just above the aforementioned bullet point and arcs along the contour of the circle to a point just before the last "E" in SUGARTREE. At the center of the circle is an anthropomorphic tree. The tree is primarily black, with a trunk rooted in the ground, with a squiggly green line through the majority of the interior tree, excepting only the upper trunk area. The green line is bordered on both sides by areas of black. Inside the second black layer of the tree is a squiggly yellow line that forms a complete circle within the tree. Inside of the yellow line is another black area, inside of which is an eye design, formed by a white semi-circle arcing upward against a black backdrop, above which is a white dot, above which is a white crescent-shaped area. The white area between the tree and the black exterior circle, and outside the black exterior circle, represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
