The mark consists of an inner white circle contained within an outer black ring. A five-pointed black star is contained within the inner circle. Within that five-pointed black star is a hop grain, white in color, positioned at the top point of the black star. Also contained within the black star are two blades of grain, each white in color. The two blades of grain are situated within the black star in a crisscrossed manner underneath the hop such that the top edge of one grain blade terminates within the star point on the top left of inner white circle, and the top edge of the other grain blade terminates within the point of the star on the top right of the inner white circle. The bottoms of each grain blade terminate within the two bottom star points within the white circle. Outside of the black star but within the white circle are five sets of curling black lines. One set of curling lines is situated between the top star point and, moving in a clockwise direction, the star point at the top right of the inner white circle. Moving in a clockwise direction, the next set of curling lines is between the star point at the top right of the inner white circle and the bottom right of the inner white circle. Moving in a clockwise direction, the next set of curling lines is contained within the area between the bottom right star point and the bottom left star point. Contained within this set of curling lines is the letters "LA" in stylized letters. Moving in a clockwise direction, the next set of curling lines is contained within the area of the inner white circle between the star point at the lower right side of the inner white circle and the star point at the top right of the inner white circle. The last set of curling lines is contained within the area of the inner white circle between the star point at the top left of the inner white circle and the star point at the very top of the inner white circle. Surrounding the white circle is a black ring. At the top of the black ring are the words "Istrouma Bière", white in color, situated left to right. Directly underneath the letter "I" in "Istrouma" is the number "20". Directly beneath the ending letter "E" in "Bière" is the number "18." At the bottom of the black ring, written from left to right, is the word "Republiqué", white in color.
