The mark consists of product packaging for a bottle consisting of a white label and light green screw-top bottle cap. Beneath the green screw-top bottle cap is a white label which contains the stylized word "berri" in dark green letters with a light green leaf that appears as the dot over the letter "i". To the right of the term "berri" is the stylized word "LYTE" appearing in white letters surrounded by a light green rectangle with curved corners on the upper left side and lower right sides. Beneath the word "berri" is a light purple-colored rectangular scribble. To the right of the scribble is a stylized elephant comprised of several circles, having light green and olive-colored hair, and two eyes comprised of white circles surrounding two lavender iris with black pupils having white highlighting. The feet and tail of the elephant are purple, left ear is dark purple, the right ear is purple and the head is light purple. The elephant's torso is comprised of a dark purple, purple and light purple circle. The dotted lines surrounding the outline of the bottle, bottle cap and label are not part of the mark and serve only to show the position or placement of the mark on the goods. In addition, other than the color white appearing in the wording "LYTE", the bottle label, and the eyes and pupils of the elephant, the color white represents background or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
