Providing consulting services and assistance to local governments in countries destabilized by crises, conflict and poverty to improve the capacity of civil society to respond to threats to citizen security, namely, compiling crime deterrence data featuring neighborhoods prone to terrorism and violence using collection of data and then designing and implementing appropriate intervention programs based on specific levels of risk faced by youth populations for use by after school programs and recreational centers to reduce violence against citizens; organizing meetings to facilitate coordination between police, local government, and non-governmental organizations for the execution of crime prevention plans in targeted neighborhoods; community outreach services in the nature of providing counseling for emotional support; providing specialized facilities for crime intervention programs; all the foregoing not relating to baseball, softball, or a baseball or softball team, league, mascot or stadium
