The mark consists of a dark gray rectangular outline containing a frontal view of a man in a dark gray suit and tie with white shirt wearing a fedora style hat with the right half of the brim in a lighter shade of gray and the balance of the hat in dark gray and the man's face is shadowed such that the left half of the face is dark gray and the right side of the face is light gray with dark gray signifying the right nostril and right half of the mouth with the feet exceeding the rectangle outline to the bottom; to the left of the frontal man are two shaded men in similar style suits and fedora hats, the far left man is left facing with the left elbow and left suit coat bottom and left foot exceeding the rectangle outline and is all in dark gray except for the shirt color which is white, to the right of this man is a man rear facing with head cocked to the left and completely in dark gray; to the right of the front facing man is a right facing man wearing a dark gray suit, tie and fedora with the face being dark gray and the shirt in white; behind these four men is a lighter gray outline of a three paned window with outlines of nine men in lighter gray; underneath the design described above is the word "GREYMAN" in all caps in dark gray in a large font; underneath that are the words "HIDE IN PLAIN SIGHT" in all caps in a smaller font and in light gray.
