The mark consists of two letters at the very top; a letter M and a letter C. The letter M is Gold. The letter M also has a skinnier diagonal piece connecting the right side of the letter compared to the piece connecting the left side of the letter. The letter C is Black. The letter C is flattened partially on the side connecting to the letter M as well as at the bottom. The letter C has a partial Gold globe within it. The globe would regularly be divided into sixteen parts however, three parts have been removed. There are only thirteen parts to the globe. Underneath the two letters and the globe are more words. The letter M in the word Millennial's is the same M as the letter M above the word except in the word Millennial's, it is entirely Black and the bottom right of the letter is connected to the letter I that is next to it. The letter A in the word Millennial's is missing a connecting piece found traditionally in the centre of the letter A. Also, the bottom of the letter A is connected to the letter L. There is an apostrophe in-between the letters L and S. The word Choice is Gold; the same Gold as the globe located within the letter C above and the letter M. Underneath the words Millennial's Choice are the words Property Management Inc.. The word Property is Black; the same black as the first letter C and the word Millennial's. The word Management is Black; the same black as the first letter C, the word Millennial's and the word Property. The two letters A in the word Management are missing a connecting piece found traditionally in the centre of the letter A. The word Inc. is in Black; the same black as the first letter C, the word Millennial's, the word Property and the word Management. The word Inc. has a period after the letter C. The background of the mark is white however, this is for illustrations purposes only and is not a distinct feature of the mark.
