The mark consists of an outline of a standard gaming controller including an outline of the overall shape of the controller, outline of the two thumbsticks (the two non-filled in circles within the controller general shape outline), an outline of the d-pad (the plus sign shape in the bottom left portion of the controller outline), and four buttons arranged in a diamond pattern (the four small filled in circles grouped together near the top right of the controller outline). Surrounding the controller outline are two pickaxes that appear to have the middle and top portion of the handles hidden behind the controller. The bottoms of the handles of these pickaxes appear from behind the controller near the bottom of the controller outline. The heads of these pickaxes appear from behind the controller at the top left and top right of the controller outline. Located between and below the bottoms of the pickaxe handles is a diamond shape. Located between the two pickaxe heads is a five-sided polygon that appears almost as a triangle. All of these aforementioned items are within a large circle featuring the words: "Data Mine Gaming" in a stylized font as well as two long strips all appearing as if they had been cut out from the inside of the circle.
