The mark consists of three (3) objects positioned to the left of the words "Acclivity Health Solutions." The word "Acclivity" appears in all capital letters and in dark blue. The words "Health Solutions" are positioned below the word "Acclivity" and appear in light blue. The first object immediately to the left of the words "Acclivity Health Solutions" resembles a vertically positioned irregular rectangle. The top of the rectangle is flat, while the bottom of the left side of the rectangle extends below the bottom of the right side of the rectangle. This rectangular object is blue in color, with a darker shade of blue covering the lower portion of the object. The other two (2) objects appear to the left of the vertically positioned irregular rectangle. One object is an irregularly shaped cross in blue. The left portion of this irregularly shaped cross is a lighter shade of blue than the right side of the irregularly shaped cross. The top and bottom portions of the irregularly shaped cross are slanted (with the left sides being lower than the right sides). The left and right portions of the irregularly shaped cross are flat. Appearing above the irregularly shaped cross and extending to the left and downward is an object that resembles two (2) irregularly shaped rectangles that are connected by a regularly shaped rectangle. The left portion of this object (which appears parallel to the irregularly shaped rectangle immediately to the left of the words "Acclivity Health Solutions") is a darker shade of blue than the right side of the object. The bottom of the left side of the left irregular rectangle that makes up this object extends below the bottom of the right side of the left irregular rectangle that makes up this object. The bottom of the left side of the right irregular rectangle that makes up this object (which appears directly above the irregularly shaped cross) extends below the bottom of the right side of the right irregular rectangle that makes up this object.
