The mark consists of a large horseshoe in the center, with the ends pointing upwards, situated behind and intertwined with a winding ribbon banner; with a longhorn steer head, centered within the bottom of the horse shoe, between the two ends of the ribbon banner, above two calligraphy swashes, below stylized text "MEXICAN KITCHEN"; there are two leaf branches with intersecting stems centered at the bottom of the logo underneath the horse shoe; there are two calligraphy swashes centered above the ribbon banner, between the top ends of the horseshoe, with stylized text " EST. 2018" centered between the calligraphy swashes; the ribbon banner which overlaps the horseshoe, and is situated towards the top of the logo, has stylized text "PANCHO BIRRIA" centered within; the banner ribbon has a five point star icon embedded in each end; the horseshoe has shaded rivets located within both the left and right side of the bottom half of the rounded element of the horseshoe, with a standalone rivet centered within the bottom rounded element of the horseshoe, separating stylized text "SD" and stylized text "CA" on each side of the centered standalone rivet; there is also one standalone rivet within each of the upward ends of the horseshoe, with no additional shading.
