The mark consists of a circle with a diagonal left line intersecting from the lower left outside of the circle to the center of the circle. The left line includes a short horizontal line projecting toward the left. Two triangular pie sections positioned inside the circle appear in the upper half of the circle and are separated by a diagonal space that is aligned co-linear with the left diagonal line. Outside the circle on the upper right a right line projects upward a short distance and is aligned collinear with the left line and diagonal space. From the upper end of the right diagonal line, a series of horizontal lines are projecting in diminishing length toward the right. The series of lines lies outside the circle, and are distributed downward to an elevation equal to the center of the circle.
