The mark consists of a cartoon design of one umbrella with a face comprised of eyes in the colors white, black, brown, and gray, a smiling mouth in the colors white, black, and gray with a pink, and dark pink tongue; black arms appear from the side of the umbrella canopy, with white hands outlined in black with gray shading; the umbrella canopy appears in four sections with the colors red, green, yellow, and blue from left to right; the color white appears between the red and green sections and between the yellow and blue section, the spike of the umbrella appears in gray between the eyes of the cartoon; the handle of the umbrella appears in blue underneath the canopy; to the right of the blue handle appears the words "HISPANO CLUB" with "HISPANO" appearing in blue stylized font with the top portion of the word appearing lighter blue than the bottom which is above "CLUB" appearing in red stylized font with the top portion of the word appearing darker red than the bottom which is underneath the "ANO" of "HISPANO"; the white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
