Description of Mark
The mark consists of a black oval design having a thin, inner, dotted line border that is colored white. Near the top of the oval is a red horizontal strip with a triangular protrusion in the middle of its upper edge, which contains a white, rounded corner diamond having a thin, blue, border and two, red, stylized and crossed anchors in the diamond's center. Also within the red strip and underneath the anchors-in-diamond design is the white, stylized wording "DOS ANCLAS". Below the right side of the red strip is the smaller, white, stylized wording "SAUCE", and beneath this is the larger, white, stylized wording "CHIMICHURRI". Beneath this, extending to the bottom edge of the oval design, is a tilted, incomplete rectangle with a thin, white border on its top three sides, which resembles a partial photograph containing two brown, black, tan, and white boned pieces of cooked meat dribbled with a green, orange, brown, red and yellow sauce. The sauced meat is on a tan and brown table that also has, to the right of and also behind the meat, green lettuce, orange carrots, and potatoes that are yellow, white, and brown. A brown semi-circle is centered at the bottom of the oval design. The white in the mark drawing outside of the oval design is background, and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
