The mark consists of a seal comprised of a plain single line circle as the outermost band of the seal. In the center of the entire seal is an open eye with five eyelashes beneath the wording "LOU/KY" centered above, a cross above and to the left and another cross below and to the right. Centered beneath the eye is the wording "EST 1972". Surrounding this area is a plain single line incomplete circle with the wording "KENMARK EYEWEAR" in capital letters centered at the bottom. Another plain single line incomplete circle is centered further outside with the wording "DESIGNERS & DISTRIBUTORS OF QUALITY EYEWEAR" at the top. All wording and design features are in pale blue. The color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represents background areas.
