The mark consists of logo designed in a circle. The terms "Unburned. Uplift." and "Unleash" are at the cop of the circle: "Unburden." is in all caps and a dark blue color. "Uplift." is in all caps and a pink color. "Unleash." is in all caps and a green color. In the center of the circle, it reads "The Smith Foundation". "The" is centered above the "M" in "Smith" and all black. The "S" in "Smith" is dark blue, the "M" is pink, the "I" is yellow, and there is a yellow hand as the dot of the "I". The "T" is purple, the "H" is green. "Foundation" is centered below "Smith"; all caps and black. At the bottom of the logo is a side view green hand. One finger is pink, one finger is yellow, one finger is blue. At 3 and 9 on the logo is a solid, curved black line. White is used for the background and not claimed as a feature of the mark.
