The mark consists of a three-dimensional humanoid robot, which is either a three- dimensional configuration of the goods or a point-of-sale display associated directly with the goods. The three-dimensional robot consists of one substantially egg-shaped head with two relatively large almond-shaped holes to simulate eye sockets; one smaller circular cavity at the upper center of the face to simulate the third eye; one slight protuberance at the lower center of the face to simulate the nose; two arms being simplified as two streamlined shields, each of which connects to the trunk by a smooth and aesthetically designed joint at the back to provide the stylish appearance; one neck only noticeable from the back and a handle at the rear shoulder, being designed with simple curves and lines for visual friendliness. In the rear view rendition of the mark, the broken lines depicting the circular power button, the dark rectangular panel and the rectangular recess below, where several jacks are located, indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
